Coronavirus Tips You Can Depend On
The worldwide outbreak of coronavirus has also managed to greatly affect the residents of Alburquerque. As a result, it’s not surprising that people have become wary about their own personal safety and hygiene. Fortunately, the spread of coronavirus can be limited by everyone doing their part. Make sure to stay as informed as possible and follow the tips provided by the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO), which include but aren’t limited to:
- Wash the hands: This is prevention 101. Use soap and water to wash the germs away and keep yourself protected. While performing this task, be sure to follow the CDC recommendation of a minimum of 20 seconds at a time, especially if you’ve gone outside recently.
- Sanitizer is necessary: Washing the hands is preferred, but it’s not always viable. For those moments, use hand sanitizer. However, this only works if your sanitizer is at least 60% alcohol to help prevent coronavirus.
- Social distancing: This is government-mandated in Alburquerque, but is a good idea nonetheless. Stay home as much as you can, and if you do go out, be sure to maintain a distance of six feet from the person closest to you.
- Clean up the home: The home needs attention too. That’s why it’s necessary to regularly sanitize and disinfect the home. For the latest in protocols, check out the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
